Description: Chocolate bark is a type of confectionery made by melting chocolate and then spreading it in a thin layer on a flat surface, such as a baking sheet or parchment paper. The melted chocolate is then topped with various ingredients, such as nuts, dried fruits, candy, or other sweets before it cools and hardens into a thin sheet. Once the chocolate has set, the bark is broken into irregular pieces, resembling the bark of a tree.
